About Goshen Kitchen Nook
Our Story
Goshen Kitchen Nook was created in the space that Baker's Nook Bakery produced many wonderful baked goods for 21 years. After selling Baker's Nook Cafe to Brandon and Jillian Arnold in 2023 and Baker's Nook Bakery no longer baking for wholesale accounts, we were left with a licensed kitchen not being used. Karla from the Health Department asked if we would be willing to create the first commissary kitchen for Elkhart County. With research and design ideas we renovated the baking space and opened Goshen Kitchen Nook Commissary Kitchen for rent the beginning of 2025
Our Services
Goshen Kitchen Nook Shared Space provides a licensed, professional commissary kitchen for food businesses of all sizes. Located east of Goshen, our facility offers secure 24/7 access to accommodate flexible operating schedules.
Kitchen access is available on an hourly basis through a cost-effective monthly membership, with no long-term contracts required. Our mission is to support emerging food entrepreneurs while delivering dependable kitchen solutions for established operations, including food trucks, caterers, and specialty food producers.
